What are your pairing options and do I have to order them when making my reservation?

We have three different pairings options- our Fancy wine pairing ($195), our Extra Fancy wine pairings ($500) and our Zero Proof Pairings ($95).  You may order them when making your reservation on Resy or you can opt to order it when you arrive for dinner.
